Returns & Exchanges

All custom orders and products purchased from our shop are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Products cannot be returned for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or if the product does not suit you.

Shipping charges for exchanging any item (where applicable) are to be borne by the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging through a reputed courier service.

All products shipped are brand new and dispatched with the utmost care. For any inquiries regarding product quality, size, or length, customers are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order. We can also arrange a video call to showcase the product and ensure complete satisfaction before purchase.

Refund Policy

No refunds are applicable on products once purchased.

Shipping Information

International Shipping

For international orders, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery after dispatch, as shipments may take additional time due to customs clearance.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs that may apply. Amazing Jewel is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Please note that PO Box addresses are not accepted for international shipments. Kindly provide a valid residential or official address to ensure timely delivery.

All international shipments are sent through reputed courier services such as UPS, Aramex, or FedEx.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Within India, please allow 2–3 business days for delivery after dispatch (conditions apply). Domestic orders are shipped through trusted courier services including Professional Couriers, DTDC, Trackon, and Blue Dart.
