Can I change/cancel my order

Once the order is placed, we work with you for a seamless experience to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. We encourage you to double check your cart to be sure everything is accurate before you submit your order. If you have any changes, we can attempt to make them within the first 24 hours of the order being placed but we cannot guarantee it. Once you receive the tracking information, we cannot cancel your order or change the shipping address.

My package is lost/missing. What should I do?

We are sorry you are having issues with your order, let’s fix it together! If you believe your package is lost in transit:

  1. Call the carrier to inquire about the package
  2. If you are having the package shipped out of India, please give the tracking link 5-6 days for updated information
  3. If more than 6 days have passed and you received no information from your carrier, please contact our customer service by clicking here.

What is your shipping policy?

1. All products that are shipped to you are new and dispatched with utmost care. We encourage you to video call us to see the final product over call to ensure the quality of the product before dispatch to ensure you are satisfied.

2. For international shipping, please allow 5-6 business days for delivery once the item has been shipped.

  1. There may be delays given the current climate and international customs.
  2. Customers are responsible for any/all custom and import taxes that may apply
  3. Please ensure to have the correct full address typed in. We do not send international shipments to PO Boxes internationally.
  4. For protection of your purchase, we will only deliver jewelry through verified logistic carriers such as UPS, Aramex, or Fedex
  5. For shipping within India, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery once the product has been shipped

  6. For protection of your purchase, we deliver across India through verified courier services such as DTDC, Bluedart and other professional couriers.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once we have fulfilled your order, we will send you your tracking number via WhatsApp or email. If your order is delayed, we will update you with a new estimated delivery date.

What is your warranty policy?

We are confident in the quality of our jewelry therefore covering it under warranty for:

  1. 6 months for broken or tarnished pieces that were properly cared for in accordance with our care and repair recommendations
  2. We do not cover lost, stole, or improperly cared for items.
  3. We cover any damage that might occur during transit of all items. Please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery with a photo or video of the damage for us to support you with a replacement or return.

What is your return policy?

1. We only allow returns if covered within our warranty policy.

2. Cost of returns, unless covered by warranty, are covered by the customer.

3. We only accept returns through verified logistics carriers

4. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase

5. Items must be in original condition without signs of wear or use

6. Items must be in its original packaging as delivered.

7. Return Options:

  1. Refund - A return for refund will go back to the original payment used during the time of purchase.
  2. Exchange - Once we receive your returned item, we will work towards fulfilling the item you would like to exchange it with. Please reach out to customer service for more information.

How do I place a return?

Returning an item is as easy as 1,2,3… Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email with a photo/video of the item you would like to return. Once verified that it has no signs of use and within its original packaging, we will work with you to find a verified carrier to carry out the return.

Jewelry Care and Repair

1. We provide specialty storing boxes with all Amazing Jewel jewelry. Safely store each piece individually in pouches or air tight boxes away from extremes of heat or cold and damp environments.

2. The air tight boxes will prevent the silver from oxidizing and protect the jewelry from dust and damage

3. Silver, precious, or semi-precious items need to be wrapped in acid-free tissue or cotton when stored to keep away moisture

4. Always apply makeup, hairspray, perfumes and other chemicals first BEFORE wearing the jewelry. Keep jewelry away from body sprays and perfumes in particular to avoid discoloration and tarnishing of jewelry.

5. After wear, wipe the jewelry with acid-free tissue or cotton cloth and let is try out from any sweat before storing it back into its air-tight container.

6. Occasional gentle cleaning of the jewelry to remove oils, dust or other contaminations can extend the life of the jewelry.

Custom Creations

Each piece of jewelry we custom design has multiple artisans designing, moulding, sourcing, setting, and polishing it to perfection. For this reason, we do not accept any returns of custom jewelry unless in the case of broken parts during shipping or within the structural integrity of the product without use.
